Specifically, we are now able to electronically file new lawsuits and make applications for non-emergency and non-essential matters through the NYSCEF system. This system will be restored in the five New York City counties, as well as in Nassau, Suffolk, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester counties. At this time, this usage of NYSCEF will be limited to cases in which represented parties file and serve all papers electronically.
Our attorneys are here to assist should you have any questions on a new or existing motion, an appeal or any other existing or emergent matter. Please feel free to contact us at any time.
We hope you are all staying safe as best as you can.
