William R. Brennan is an Associate and a member of the firm’s Elder Law and Estate Planning Group in our Lake Success office. William focuses his practice on Medicaid and guardianships. He helps families navigate the complex regulatory scheme and process to secure and maximize Medicaid benefits. William also provides support in guardianship proceedings.
William earned his bachelor’s degree in American History and American Government from Stony Brook University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He received his law degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University where he was a member of the Hofstra Trial Advocacy Association.
William is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State, Nassau County and Suffolk County Bar Associations.
