Al Pirro of Abrams Fensterman LLP was recently quoted in the Westfair Business Journal regarding his presentation to the Harrison Planning Board. Representing The Saul Group, LLC, Pirro detailed the Colonial Place Residence, a proposed mixed-use development at 205-207 Harrison Avenue. This initiative is a key part of the efforts to revitalize downtown Harrison, NY.
Pirro highlighted the alignment of the project with local zoning objectives, stating, “The use will be in harmony with and promote the general purposes and intent of the Town Code.”
He also spoke about the environmental and social benefits of the development, particularly its rooftop open spaces which will combine a recreational area for residents with stormwater retention features.
