Our continuing efforts to hold Rudy Giuliani accountable were featured in a New York Times article yesterday titled, Giuliani’s Bankruptcy Creditors Demand to Know His Spending.

Giuliani had promised to limit his spending. However, he quickly blew through the proposed $43,000-a-month budget. His creditors have become increasingly concerned as a result, and are relentlessly hounding the former Mayor to know where the money is going.

Abrams Fensterman attorney, Justin Kelton, represents Noelle Dunphy in the lawsuit against Giuliani alleging sexual assault. The full article is on NYTimes.com.
