Stacey brings a wealth of knowledge in healthcare law, employee benefits, executive compensation, and not-for-profit compliance law.
Her diverse background includes working with a range of healthcare providers, such as hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and physician practices, providing counsel on complex compliance, regulatory, and corporate governance issues. She has a notable track record of advising on fraud and abuse laws, including Anti-Kickback and Stark regulations, and managing government audits and investigations.
