MarieRose Apice is an associate at Abrams Fensterman, LLP. She concentrates her practice in business and commercial litigation, representing companies, boards, executives, and investors in all types of business and commercial disputes.
Ms. Apice earned her Juris Doctorate from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. Throughout her legal academic career, Ms. Apice proudly served as an Articles Editor for the Journal of International Business and Law.
During law school, Ms. Apice interned at Abrams Fensterman and Hudson’s Bay Company, the parent company of Saks Fifth Avenue, where she acquired valuable experience and skills in strategic merger and acquisition transactions, real estate transactions, and litigation work.
Ms. Apice received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Brooklyn College, where she belonged to the National Society of Leadership and Success program.
Ms. Apice is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and Florida and is an active member of the New York State Bar Association and the Florida Bar.
