Danielle explains, “Guardianship is a remedy of last resort, but when it’s necessary, it can bring peace of mind and security to families in difficult situations.”
Danielle’s experience spans all facets of guardianship, from initiating proceedings to addressing disputes over guardianship appointments. A recent case highlights her ability to reunite an ailing father with his sons after an abusive relationship led to financial exploitation and isolation. Her work restored stability and dignity to his life—a testament to her dedication to justice and compassion.

She is a member of the Sid Jacobson JCC, where her children attended nursery school.
