Elizabeth Garvey

Elizabeth Garvey is an Associate Attorney at Abrams Fensterman, LLP in the Matrimonial and Family Law department.

Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, Ms. Garvey worked as an Associate Attorney at boutique matrimonial and family law firms located in New York, New York. In the course of her career, Ms. Garvey has litigated numerous matters before both the Supreme Court and Family Court, throughout all of the boroughs of New York City, as well as in Long Island.

Ms. Garvey received her Bachelor of Arts from Skidmore College, where she was a member of the Periclean Honor Society, and received her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. She is a member of Hague Convention Attorney Network and the New York State Bar Association.

Ms. Garvey is admitted to practice in New York and has been selected as a Super Lawyers New York Metro Rising Star each year since 2018.
