Jonathan Rogoff is an Associate in the Health Law Practice Group at Abrams Fensterman, LLP.
Mr. Rogoff has devoted his practice towards representing healthcare professionals in connection with transactional and regulatory matters. His practice focuses on counseling clients in matters such as fraud and abuse, employment, shareholder and partnership agreements and mergers and acquisitions
Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, Mr. Rogoff was associate in-house counsel at ProHEALTH Care Associates, LLP and an associate attorney at a boutique transactional and litigation firm based in Garden City in the firm’s healthcare and employment departments.
Mr. Rogoff received his Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law and his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Mr. Rogoff is admitted to practice law in the state of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
