Joseph D. Addabbo is an Associate in the Health Care Fraud and White-Collar Criminal Defense Practice Group at Abrams Fensterman, LLP in the firm’s Long Island office.
Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, Mr. Addabbo worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, where he was also an intern during law school.
During law school and college, he held several legal internships, including an internship for the Honorable Mary O’Donoghue in the New York City Criminal Court, an internship with a nationally recognized personal injury law firm in Manhattan and an internship at a New York based litigation firm.
Mr. Addabbo earned his Juris Doctorate from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and his B.A. from St. John’s University.
Mr. Addabbo is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is a member of the Assistant District Attorney’s Association of Queens County.
