Lee Williams is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group at Abrams Fensterman, LLP. Previously, he was an associate at an AM Law 14 firm. Lee has litigated high-profile complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts across the country, with an emphasis on New York.
Lee has been a member of U.S. News and World Report’s top litigation department and New York Law Journal’s Litigation Department of the Year. He is described by clients and adversaries as tough, fair, and smart. Clients come to Lee for his relentless pursuit of their interests tempered by his sage counsel. In addition to Am Law experience, Lee previously served as in-house counsel to one of the largest privately-owned real estate portfolios in Manhattan.
Lee received a B.A., magna cum laude, from Binghamton University, and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society’s Executive Board and received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society Scholarship.
