Nicholas Norden focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has extensive experience representing clients in federal and New York state courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings before JAMS, the Department of Justice, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Mr. Norden’s practice encompasses a broad range of commercial disputes, including international litigation, trial practice, securities and antitrust litigation, competition regulation, and copyright and trademark litigation.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Norden served as an Agency Attorney at the Office of the New York City Comptroller and prior to that spent nearly a decade as a litigation associate at the international law firms Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP and Greenberg Traurig LLP.
