Stephen R. Lewis

Stephen Lewis brings over forty-five years of experience in criminal, civil, and matrimonial litigation. He served as a Section Chief in the Westchester County District Attorney’s Superior Court Trial Division and has served on the Federal Criminal Justice Act attorney panel continuously since 1986. He has a distinguished record of representing clients in high-profile cases in federal and New York state courts. His prior roles include Assistant District Attorney in Westchester County, Special District Attorney and Special Prosecutor in multiple New York counties, along with numerous appearances arguing cases before the Federal Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the New York State Appellate Division and the New York State Court of Appeals.
