Dawn Addabbo

Dawn Addabbo is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff to the managing partner, Howard Fensterman, at Abrams Fensterman, LLP. Addabbo manages the implementation of human resource services, employee relations, policies, and programs, along with the firm’s communications and event planning across the firm’s five locations supporting over 240 employees. She also participates in the law firm’s expansion activities, such as mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures, while simultaneously recruiting and retaining talent leading employees to encourage maximum performance.

Addabbo began her career as a financial analyst for SG Warburg in 1994 and left that position in 1995 to join Avon Products, Inc. as an analyst assisting with the implementation of their new accounting platform. She held various positions during her twenty-plus years with Avon that saw her succeed and lead departments in finance, merchandising, forecasting, inventory control, project management and legal operations internationally.

Addabbo has more than twenty-five years’ experience in human resources, budgeting, communications, M&A, strategic alliances, and legal operations.  Addabbo has a long history of civic service and currently volunteers on the board of STARS (Striving to Achieve and Reach for Success) in Howard Beach, Queens. She also dedicates her time to State Senator Joseph Addabbo’s campaign, helping with fundraising and event planning. Addabbo, a lifelong resident of Queens, received her business degree from St. John’s University.
