Dear Clients and Friends,
New York State, with the exception of New York City, are currently in Phase 2 of the re-opening schedule with Long Island beginning Phase 2 on Wednesday. Note that if you are a non-essential business that is included on the New York State Phase 2 non-essential business list, you are required to adhere to specific guidelines provided by New York State such as the submission of an affirmation to New York State by the business owner or an agent of the owner. The guidelines for Phase 2 non-essential businesses, as well as the affirmation, which is done online, are available here.
Our attorneys are here to assist should you have any questions on the re-opening process. Please feel free to contact us at any time.
We hope you are all staying safe as best as you can.
