ALBANY, NY — The law firm of Abrams Fensterman, LLP announces that its Managing Partner, Howard Fensterman, has been appointed to the newly formed Public Health and Health Planning Council (PHHPC) by New York State Governor David A. Paterson. The Public Health Council (PHC) and the State Hospital Review and Planning Council (SHRPC) were consolidated into the Public Health and Health Planning Council (PHHPC) on December 1, 2010.
An active philanthropist, Mr. Fensterman is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America (Long Island Chapter) and will be its honoree as “Man of the Year” at the charity’s upcoming Annual Gala Fundraiser. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Chabad of Port Washington, NY.
