LAKE SUCCESS, NY, Sept. 24, 2013 — New York based law firm Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara & Einiger, LLP — a leading law firm in the health care industry — today announced its successful representation of 150 Riverside LLC and 150 Riverside Op. LLC in its acquisition of the real estate and operating assets of Kateri Residence, a Manhattan based nursing home.
The Abrams Fensterman team included Senior Health Care and Corporate partner Patrick Formato, Senior Real Estate and Finance partner Mark Frimmel, Health Care and Corporate partner Greg H. Stoller and Health Care and Corporate associate Michael L. Gurman.
Kateri Residence is now known as “The Riverside, Premier Rehab and Healing Center,” a 520-bed skilled nursing facility located on the upper east side of Manhattan. Kateri Residence was a part of the Continuing Care Community of the Archdiocese of New York.
