The program is to discuss the Court of Appeals decision People v Badalamenti from April 2016. This case addresses the recording of children and the expectation of privacy in the criminal context. We will be discussing implications of the holding in criminal and matrimonial/family law issues from both the court and counsels’ perspectives.
