Presenting Part II of a Trial Institute for the Family Court Practitioner!
This fast-paced program will be almost all demonstration by experienced family lawyers representing parents in a support proceeding.
This “mock trial” program is a continuation of the innovative multi-part CLE Series offered by the Family Law Section and is specifically tailored to provide practical guidance for the Family Court practitioner. This course will provide registrants with a fresh look at proven trial techniques and styles of the successful family lawyers on the faculty.
Who Should Attend: Attorneys (including newly-admitted lawyers and pro bono counsel) who handle, or may handle, hearings seeking orders of support, adjudication of contempt, or a modification of support for marital and non-marital parties.
