Elizabeth S. Kase, Esq., partner in the Firm’s criminal law and mental health law sections was a featured lecturer at ARHMNY’s Fall Conference. Elizabeth addressed numerous issues surrounding doctors’, risk managers’, attorneys’, compliance officers’, and insurance professionals’ potential liability and related legal and ethical concerns regarding the emergence of legalized Medical Marijuana in New York State.
