Partner Seth Berman was asked to comment by Fox 5 News on a class action case lawsuit brought by consumers against Fireball Whisky for selling non-alcoholic version of their whisky with labeling that was allegedly nearly identical to the alcoholic version, thereby allegedly misleading consumers of the alcoholic version to buy the non-alcoholic version.
