67 Grant Avenue Associates, LLC (Stagg Group) has officially proposed a 140-unit apartment community in Harrison, NY, designed to meet the area’s growing housing needs while incorporating advanced engineering and smart design principles.
Abrams Fensterman Partner, Albert J. Pirro, Jr., is serving as the lead legal counsel for the project. Pirro is a member of the Envrionmental, Land Use and Zoning practice group working out of the firm’s White Plains office.
